2. User Accounts & Eligibility
To access placement modules and intelligence features, users must maintain an authorized account:
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide true and verifiable academic, professional, and contact details during profile setup.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Role Designation: Access permissions (Student, Mentor, Admin) are strictly assigned. Unauthorized attempts to access administrative endpoints are prohibited.
3. Platform Services & AI Features
Ami-Bridge provides campus placement intelligence, AI resume evaluation, mock interview tracking, and mentorship workflows:
- AI Feedback: Automated scores, keyword match rates, and feedback generated by AI services are designed for educational guidance and skill preparation. They do not guarantee job offers or recruitment outcomes.
- Service Uptime: We strive to maintain continuous platform availability, though temporary interruptions may occur during scheduled maintenance.
Recruitment Disclaimer: Ami-Bridge serves as a placement preparation and intelligence bridge. Final hiring selections and employment terms remain at the sole discretion of participating companies.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
When utilizing the Platform, you agree not to:
- Submit forged resumes, false academic scores, or misleading project credentials.
- Attempt to compromise system security, reverse-engineer APIs, or bypass rate limits.
- Scrape or extract user profiles, recruiter details, or student directories without authorization.
- Upload files containing malicious software or harmful scripts.
5. Intellectual Property
Platform Assets: All proprietary software, UI layouts, branding, algorithms, and design assets belong exclusively to the Ami-Bridge project.
User Materials: You retain complete ownership of uploaded resumes, portfolio links, and personal project data. You grant Ami-Bridge permission to process and display these materials to authorized mentors and placement recruiters for career purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ami-Bridge and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, recruitment outcomes, or third-party employer decisions.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or submit fraudulent materials. Graduating students may request account data archival or deletion via the Privacy Policy guidelines.
